Possible application methods
At the beginning, set the volume so that you can hear all sounds clearly and distinctly with light concentration, and do not change it afterwards. The Sound Journey is intended for falling asleep deeply and for longer, not for dozing off very quickly and not as continuous sound for the whole night.

Sleep Waves is made for evenings when you are still processing many experiences of the day and find it hard to switch off the flow of thoughts. The psychoacoustic design is intended to stimulate your attention as little as possible and can accompany settling down; it guarantees neither tiredness nor deep sleep.

The composition is built progressively and becomes quieter and calmer throughout its duration.
