Further information

• Before listening for the first time: You can find information for pregnant women, people with epilepsy and people with pacemakers under Listening Safely.
• What each of the means used stands for (Brainwave Entrainment, Solfeggio, planetary tones, headphone surround) is explained in The Essences of My Sound Journeys.

Possible application methods

You hear the spatial mix and the separate binaural signals most reliably with headphones. The isochronic pulses are already contained in the audio signal and can also be played through normal speakers. With this Sound Journey, you can simply relax or meditate.
