Further information

• Before listening for the first time: You can find information for pregnant women, people with epilepsy and people with pacemakers under Listening Safely.
• The frequencies were tested with the Bio-Tensor.
• The album also includes the Riverwalk Meditation in the Schumann resonance mix (51:39).
• This meditation is also carried out collectively; dates are available through soulworkout.de.
• What each of the means used stands for (Brainwave Entrainment, Solfeggio, planetary tones, headphone surround) is explained in The Essences of My Sound Journeys.

Possible application methods

You can enter the meditation with a question and then openly observe whether thoughts, feelings or possible answers arise. While listening, imagine a green light or a green flame in the area of the heart chakra. Notice whether peace or lightness arises, without forcing anything; no particular change is also a possible outcome.
