Further information

• Before listening for the first time: You can find information for pregnant women, people with epilepsy and people with pacemakers under Listening Safely.
• Some impressions only become conscious in the time after listening. With regular use, the music can become more familiar; whether you experience more calm, harmony, confidence or serenity is individual.
• There is a separate sleep version with different characteristics and a duration of 60 minutes; see “Pangua — Sleep Edition”.
• What each of the means used stands for (Brainwave Entrainment, Solfeggio, planetary tones, headphone surround) is explained in The Essences of My Sound Journeys.

Possible application methods

Set masks and effort aside for the duration of the exercise and observe which thoughts or creative impulses arise. The music is designed as a calm, clearing progression; whether you experience trance, relaxation or something else is individual.
