What this Sound Journey is meant to bring about

All my Sound Journeys first lead you into deep relaxation and higher states of consciousness. That alone is already healing, because in these states your body and soul can best support you in regeneration and self healing.

With Fotobeta, something else is added. In my spiritual model, a portal opens through your cells, and your light of life is strengthened. Through this light, in my picture, everything is connected: your organs with one another, you with other living beings, and you with higher levels of your being.

In my experience as a healer, illness often has to do with disrupted communication. The connection between your cells, organs, chakras and energy bodies is always there, but transmission is sometimes poor, like with a mobile phone with little reception. As a healer, I then build the bridge. When listening to this Sound Journey, precisely this connection is meant to be strengthened.

Behind problems with an organ, there are usually issues. Fears, suppressed emotions, inner conflicts, sometimes inner division and inner resistance. In my model, such issues extend through several energy bodies and levels of dimension, into karmic parts from previous lives. Anyone who truly wants to transform an issue has all these levels before them.

The meditation track

At the very end of a production, I add a meditation track. In this meditation, together with the spirit world, I link an energy and further information with the field of the song: symbols, numbers, gemstones. Those who consciously connect with the music and open themselves while listening have access to this information.

You take what you need

When listening, you receive only the information that you need at this moment and that does you good. Just as your body draws from a meal only what it needs and excretes the rest again. That is why this Sound Journey works differently for each person, and differently for you yourself the next time.

Sensitive people who already perceive visually usually perceive more. Some notice nothing at all. For many, it lies somewhere in between, and it differs from one listening session to the next. All three are fine. More about this under Why the Effect Can Be Different Each Time.

The symbol on the cover

The symbol and its colour were given to me. For me, they belong to this sound space, not just as an image. That is why the application section below explains what you can do with them.

What others have experienced

A friend felt while listening that a portal was opening in her cells. At the same time, she was in a world in which the energy of the piece prevailed and which one enters in order to heal. Perhaps that was not a place, but a level of state.

An acquaintance told me that he sees the colour of the symbol whenever his spiritual helpers make contact with him.

How to use it

Use headphones. Lie down or sit comfortably reclined. Take 30 minutes, preferably a little more.

Look calmly at the symbol on the cover beforehand and imagine it at the beginning, in its colour. Do not make an effort. If it wants to leave at some point, it may leave. If a particular organ concerns you, you can also visualise the symbol there, in the same colour.

Then simply relax. Listen to the sounds without thinking about them. Follow them and locate them in the space around you; you can let the rest happen.

Of course, you can also use it for other things: for out-of-body experiences, for meditation, for lucid dreaming.
